Last Monday evening was the Area B AGM at Dennington Village Hall. as well as important information regarding the 2025 season we were also able to pass on the trophies to this years winners on Area B Competitions.
Receiving the Sun Bowl Trophy on behalf of this years Winners was Elaine Felgate.
The Victor Ludorum was received by Ben Beamish on behalf of Borough of Eye Bowls Club
Finally the Percy Dunnett being received by our area Chairman Clive Baker on behalf of Alderton Bowls Club.

The Saxmundham League Knockout cup final was competed for on Thursday evening between Wenhaston Bowls Club and Peasenhall Bowls Club.
With a close start to the game Wenhaston managed to gain a hold of the game and ran out winning the tie and were crowned Saxmundham KO cup Winners.
Well done to both teams it was a lovely evening of bowls,

Thursday evening the Jubilee Shield Final was contested between Laxfield and Leiston at Woodbridge Bowls Club.
Laxfield started the strongest and continued the game always holding a lead on Leiston.
Laxfield won the game taking the win on 3 of the 4 rinks,
A big thankyou to Woodbridge Bowls club for hosting the evening a good evening was had by all.
Dave Pollock the Woodbridge League President for 2024 presented winning captain Gary Pleasance with the Winning Shield.
